Eat well - travel often

Review: The Cinnamon Lounge – Isleworth

I get to review quite a lot of restaurants and most of them are in London (although not all).  I live in North London and don’t travel to the extreme corners of Greater London very however if you are in the west Isleworth/Heathrow/Hounslow area you should make your way to The Cinnamon Lounge Isleworth for an authentic Indian meal.

I reviewed with my two blogger friends Manjiri (Travels For Taste) and Nayna (Simple Sensational Food). Chef-Patron Shameem came out to meet us and explained he had  a new menu which offers authentic Indian dishes but with some exciting Indo-Chinese offerings. His regular customers have been giving him  positive feedback of the new editions.

Chef-Patron Shameem kept sending us dish after dish to try including many of the signature dishes he has become known for like the Dum a Murgh and Gosht Kalimirchi. The range of dishes takes into consideration those whose palate is not up to intense spice right up to the heightened taste buds enjoying full spice heat!

For starters we were enjoying:-

Crispy fried prawns,
