Greener Cleaner Tackles 2015 – A Giveaway Too!
New Year New Broom is the expression I think. Although my life revolves around food
sometimes I get the inclination to do a bit of cleaning and the early days of the new year are a good time to start.
I have been sent a selection of brushes and cleaning items
from Greener Cleaning to help me make a start.

I was pleased that the washing up brush came to me in red
because I had only a week or so earlier bought a new red washing up bowl for
the kitchen sink.

A new dustpan and brush is always welcome too. I usually have an inside one and an outside
one and god help the person that takes the inside one out! Now I have a new green set so I will put the old
set outside and throw away the old outside one (or maybe take it to the
allotment – they come in handy).

Their super size squeegee will be a great help cleaning

I also like to buy the best ones .. as cleaning products are equally important to make a beautiful home.
Sometimes the simple one are the best though – no harsh chemicals.
It's good to see more green cleaning products coming on to the market. GG
Some of those harsh chemicals play havoc with my asthma.
At the moment I am using Flash all purpose and bathroom cleaner and polish
I don't like harsh chemicals but you really can't beat the smell of flash kitchen with bleach!
I love Dettol's all purpose cleaner!

Lemons are the best thing in the world! I want to live somewhere I have lemon trees in the back garden!

Supposedly not good for you to breathe but I do love the clean smell!
I like disinfectant wipes for the bathroom/toilet. If your in a hurry, or it just needs a quick clean they are great.
Great way to save time and be clean!
I like Mr Muscle for the kitchen
I like their new push cleaner – one push down and an amount comes out onto your cloth.

I know Flash with bleach isn't the best for the environment but I do love it!
It used to be Cif Actifiz, but then tried Aldi's Multi-Purpose cleaner which is £2.50 cheaper, comes with a Good Housekeeping Award and smells lovely so use that now.
I never tried Aldi cleaning products – perhaps I will stop buy tomorrow!
I love microfibres clothes with plain water for surfaces in the bedroom, lounge etc

You cant beat a bit of vinegar … perfect non-chemical cleaning and cheap as chips

lavender is one of my favourite scents – so clean and healthy
Dettol spray is my fave cleaning product, can't live without it!

I love Dettol all purpose cleaner. It's the only brand where the smell isn't too harsh as they always bring on my migraines so natural ones would be perfect for me!

I like Fairy antibacterial washing up liquid. It is very effective in cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the dishes.

there is absolutely nothing that smells as good a a lemon and used with salt very effective

I try to be green but could not do without Oven Pride. I used to dread cleaning my oven but it makes the job so easy I now do it every month. Recently bought a steam cleaner in the hope it would do the job but although it is excellent on my floors it isn't up to tackling my oven.
