
Chocolate brownies with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff
Pre-heat oven to 160°C - grease and line your square brownie pan
In a sauce pan melt the chocolate (broken into small pieces), butter and golden syrup until all melted together. Leave to cool slightly
In a large bowl crack the eggs, add sugar and whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy
Gradually add the chocolate mixture stirring to make sure it is fully combined
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and pinch of salt
Melt the peanut butter (0ver a low heat)
Pour half of the mixture into the prepared tin
Drizzle half of the peanut butter over the brownies
Add dollops of the marshmallow fluff. It is hard to work with so don't worry if it is sticky
Cover with the rest of the brownie mixture
Drizzle the remaining peanut butter then add dollops of the marshmallow fluff
Bake for 30-35 minute or until a skewer comes out clean. Depending on your oven it make take a few more minutes
Cool on a wire cooling rack until almost cool then remove from the pan and continue to cool until completely cool
Slice and serve! Enjoy
